Description:

The Kistler Staiger Mohilo DMF/P A400 interfaces multiple load cells and displacement transducers to obtain both force and displacement during the press stroke operation of multiple stations. The force vs. displacement graphs are analysed and tested to freely programmable tolerance windows. This method provides 100% inspection of press fit assembled parts ensuring zero parts rejects in the production line and correct operation of the assembled parts during its life cycle.
The unit can be fully integrated via the standard 50 pin parallel I/O port for direct connection to the machine’s PLC and is standard fitted with Ethernet connection so can be addressed as part of a PC network. Optionally the unit can be fitted with a Profibus connection.
