The new NCF-H press spindles are designed inside of the hollow shaft motor. The load cell is integrated in the spindle, resulting in an extremely compact design for this press module. High process speeds, flexible programming of the cycle and the use of an absolute encoder that always knows its position and does not require a reference point check make the Staiger Mohilo an extremely fast and efficient production cell. Full data analysing ensures 100% inspected parts during the operation cycle.
