Description:
DCI has developed the range of leak detection systems, ranging from the analogue vacuum chamber up to the PLC controlled VCC 1010 vacuum chamber for packaging testing.
These leak detection systems give accurate and reliable results when it concerns sealing properties of pouches, bags and sealed containers. The vacuum chamber VCC 1010 has the ability to simulate pressure curves equivalent to airplane cabin pressure during take-off, mid flight, during landing and pressurising and de-pressurising the cabin. Standard basin sizes are 400 x 300 x 220 mm; on request other sizes are available. The vacuum chambers can be fitted with the Burst testing facility and laser measurement system for leak detection.
Pressure accuracies of 10 mbar can be achieved down to an absolute pressure of 250 mbar.
